  • Reasons of false alarm in fall

    In normal state, the radar will accurately judge the human body's sedentary state and the existence of sleep, and output information such as falls, breathing, and vital signs.1. The radar scanning area is large, and the movement of the doorway and the next door of the wooden wall is detected.    Adjustment method: reduce the radar sensitivity, and the radar provides scene settings.2. The underside of the radar is facing the running air conditioner and fan.    Adjustment method: Adjust the radar position, do not directly face the air conditioner or fan.3. Object shaking caused by air-conditioning wind.    Adjustment method: cotton, non-metallic items will not cause false alarms. Metal items need to be secured.4. The radar is not fixed, and the vibration causes false alarms.    Adjustment method: Avoid support shaking and vibration.5. Occasional moving objects such as pets and birds.    Adjustment method: Since the radar measures fretting and has high sensitivity, this interference cannot be ruled out.6.   • Reasons of missed alarm in fall

    Radar transmits and receives electromagnetic waves to determine the presence of a human body. The closer you are to the radar, the higher the accuracy.1. The human body is outside the radar range.    Please refer to the radar scanning range, and adjust the installation angle; the radar measurement range, in different environments, the electromagnetic wave    reflection area is different, and the scanning area will be slightly different.2. Metal occlusion causes wrong output.    Too thick office chairs and metal seats will block the penetration of electromagnetic waves and cause misjudgment.3. Difference in scanning angle.    The radar did not scan the torso, resulting in a misjudgment.4. Radar sensitivity is too low.    Radar provides parameter adjustment to increase sensitivity improvement.

  • Interference and Non-interference factors

    Attentions:1) Interference factors: The technology belongs to electromagnetic wave detection sensors, and active non-living objects will cause false alarms. The movement of metals and liquids (not penetrated) will cause misjudgments. Usually, electric fans, pets or birds close to the detection range occasionally move, and the shaking of metal curtains will cause misjudgment. These interference items cannot be ruled out, and you need to plan or adjust the installation location. In addition, it needs to be fixedly installed, and vibration and shaking will cause false alarms. 2) Non-interference factors: Electromagnetic wave scanning will penetrate human clothes, curtains, thin wood panels, gypsum partition walls, glass and other low-density objects. It is necessary to consider the installation location according to the detection range of the application scenario. 3) Semi-interference factor: It is not suitable to directly face the air conditioner if it is judged that the human presence exists. The internal motor of the air conditioner can cause misjudgment. It is required that the product does not directly face the air conditioner or is in the same direction as the air conditioner. Advise to install it at least 1.5m far away from air conditioner or outdoor air. Also assure that it is at least 0.5m away from exhaust fan.
